Rodeo Sponsor Opportunities

Gold Buckle Sponsor - $1500.00

This package offers you the highest level of exposure at our rodeo and includes the following:

Event Sponsor - Bareback Riding, Steer Wrestling, Team Roping, Saddle Bronc Riding, Tie-Down Roping, Barrel Racking, or Bull Riding

1. Your business is announced as the event sponsor during both rodeo performances. The announcer will read a 20 word description of you or your business with the description provided by you.

2. Arena Banner - This banner will be located inside the arena for both performances. It will be visible for all the events each day.

3. Website Listing - Your business will be listed on the Seneca County Fair website with a link to your site if applicable.

4. Print Advertising - Logo provided by you will be used in all print advertising along with the day sheet.

5. Free Rodeo Admission - Your company will receive 15 general admission seats.

6. Grand Entry - Your business flag will be carried in the grand entry if you supply the flag.

Silver Buckle Sponsor - $750.00

1. Your business will be announced as a rodeo chute gate sponsor each time the bucking chute is used and an animal leaves the chute for both performances. The announcer will read a 20 word description of you or your business with the description provided by you.

2. Arena Banner - This banner will be located inside the arena for both performances. It will be visible for all the events each day.

3. Print Advertising - Logo provided by you will be used on the day sheet.

4. Free Rodeo Admission - You will receive 8 general admission tickets.

Livestock Sponsor - $500.00

1. Your name will be listed on the Official Day Sheet. You will receive 5 general admission rodeo tickets and your choice of the following:

2. Bull Contract - Sponsor a bull at both rodeo performances. The announcer will announce the name of the bull, the contestant, and then advise the crowd he is sponsored by you or your business using the 20 word description provided by you .

OR

Horse Contract - Sponsor a rodeo bucking horse at both rodeo performances. The announcer will announce the name of the horse, the contestant, and then advise the crowd he is sponsored by you or your business using the 20 word description provided by you .

Heartland Series - $400.00

This rodeo will be a Heartland Series rodeo. This will enable rodeo contestants to earn points to qualify to compete in Waco, TX at the end of the year for $500,000 in prize money.

1. Free Advertising - Your logo supplied by you will be placed on the day sheet.

2. Free Rodeo Admission - Your business will receive 4 general admission seat tickets.

3. The announcer will advise the crowd you are sponsoring the a Heartland Series and read a 20 word description of you or your business with the description provided by you.

Kids Cowboy Boot Scramble - $200.00

This package offers you to be involved with kids in the community.

You will sponsor a bike for the winner. A bike will be give each day to both one girl and one boy under 12 years of age.

For this package you will receive the following:

1. Free Advertising - Your logo supplied by you will be placed on the day sheet.

2. Free Rodeo Admission - You will receive 2 free general admission seat tickets.

3. The announcer will advise the crowd you are sponsoring the Boot Scramble and read a 20 word description of you or your business with the description provided by you.

Other Options

Rodeo Announcer - $2500.00

1. The announcer will advise the crowd you are sponsoring the Rodeo Announcer and read a 20 word description of you or your business with the description provided by you.

2. Arena Banner - This banner will be located inside the arena for both performances. It will be visible for all the events each day.
